Description
You are required to prepare:
(a) a chronology, and
(b) an outline of submissions you will make in your court appearance (Activity 2.3).
In a Word document, draft a chronology in a table listing:
the significant events including the dates on which any court documents were filed and served, and
references to specific paragraphs in your affidavits and annexures.

In a separate Word document (no more than 1,000 words), outline the submissions you will make in your court appearance, in point form.
These are not to be a transcript of what you intend to say in court, but a summary of the points you will cover in your oral submission
