The Group Summary Paper will include what you learn from Weeks 8-11, (Chapters 9.10.11.12.13 & 14). Discuss how you could apply these concepts in your life or within your workplace/organization. Write your Summary Paper about how these concepts impacted you and/or your organization.

Paper requirements:

• Use the first person singular (“I”)

• Single-spaced

• Font size 12

• Times Roman font or equivalent

• Number your pages

• Abstract

• Put your name and course number in the FOOTER on your paper
