Paper details:
The paper should include a short overview of Client Rights and how it applies to nursing practice. Include more than one example of a specific application of the topic to nursing practice, include the 5 steps of the nursing process.
Assessment: What are the signs and symptoms of the patient? How are they presenting? Any injuries noted?
Diagnosis: Identify two NANDA Nursing Diagnosis appropriate for the case study you selected.
Planning: What is the plan of care for this patient? Diagnostic tests? Lab work? Medications?
Interventions: Identify 4 nursing interventions with 4 rationales for each Nursing Diagnosis. These interventions should be relevant to the two Nursing Diagnosis and the case study that you selected. (Total of 8 nursing interventions and 8 rationales)
Evaluation: How would you evaluate if the interventions were effective? What changes are expected to be seen in your patient?
The paper should be between 3-5 pages (not including title and reference pages). This paper should be written as a formal paper in APA 7th edition format with appropriate title and reference pages. Please have at least 2 valid references including at least 1 peer-reviewed nursing journal article from the United States that has been published within the last 5 years and your ATI Nursing Leadership and Management book.
