Reflective Learning in Real Life

If you’ve ever been promoted, or even worked under a newly promoted boss, you’ll really appreciate the Forbes Expert Panel article, “New to Leadership?” This article and Kegan & Lahey’s three phases theory are the basis of the week’s Discussion.

The major activity of the week, however is a Problem-Based Case Study Essay. In this assignments you will apply one reflective theory to a real-life problem/case study. Ideally, the problem will come from your work environment. Alternatively, you may select a case from one of your previous classes or from an online search. Choose your case study carefully to assure it is relevant to this course: Organizational Leadership

Apply one of the reflective learning theories to the case

Note how your personal development as a problem-solver in light of this particular case study
