HRM Strategy
The goal of the project is to give you practice with evidence-based human resource management.
You will design your own small business and develop a comprehensive HRM strategy, using the principles you’ll learn in this class.
The final product will be a PowerPoint with a minimum of 14 slides, and should be an all-encompassing HRM strategy: things like compensation (pay, benefits, etc.), discipline policies, and more.
