The communication style of the leader has a greater impact on the team performance in a stressful situation, and that the psychological contract changes due to leadership style?

Could we work around this,? aware of that.We could also check if the psychological contract changed in relation to the leadership style?

So Lewin theory  is a key here, we could start with two leaders, one democratic, one autocratic, for certain period of time, check performance, then switch them around, and check performance of the group again, the stressful situation, maybe deadline?

Add transactional and transformational style of the leader as well? Also for the psychological contract can you please include perception of obligation?

We need to check productivity in some sort of units, and maybe a questionnaire at the begging and the end to check how the psychological contract changed. Key theories and studies that must be included: Tuckman (1965), Burus James Mc Gregor, Kurt Lewin, Maslow Key study: Lewin et al. (1939), Douglas Mc Gregor, Bass Bernard (1990).
