The purpose of the paper is for you to reflect on the most critical insights and useful skills you have gained from this course. It should not focus on what your already knew or practiced, but should explain how you can build upon that foundation to be more effective in your current responsibilities or future work/career/life.
Focus on three of the major areas covered in the course Compensation and Benefits, Safety and Health Issues, and Employee and Labor (Union) Relations.
A) Identify the main issues in the chosen area and why you selected it to include in your paper.
B) Describe the new learning that has occurred. Why did it “stick” with you?
C) Assess the current and/or future applications and relevance to the workplace and the potential impact to future career plans or even in your personal life at home.
