• Discuss why the situation is complex and worth reflecting on
• Analyse the current local and national policies that are relevant to management of the case/complex situation
• Critically discuss the moral and ethical aspect of the situation in relation to the ethical principles
• Relate your role in the situation to key management/leadership/decision-making theories
• Critically discuss the challenges of providing care in complex situation- insights and issues
• Evaluate and critically reflect on your own role and position as a professional nurse in the complex situation in relation to NMC code
• Support each section of work with evidence from literature
• Support your work with accurate referencing
• Achieve a grade of 40% or above
