1, Provide a 1-2 page discussion of YOUR class design and development issues and approach. To do this look at the ADDIE process on Page 2 and 3 of the Introduction to the Project. COVER THE INPUTS for Design and Development ONLY!!!. The 5 topics there are the main part of this discussion, so use each input topic as a “header” and then do a brief paragraph discussing how you chose the learning theory, identified the training needs, etc.

Create a brief professional Outline of your course for trainees to follow along in presentation. (at the most 1 page). Again, listing your topic and SLOs at the top before you start your outline. Follow the Purdue Owl for professional OUTLINES. Do not use google. Use the alpha numeric system.
- Create the Power Point Presentation you will be using in your own presentation. Normally 12-18 slides for a 20 minute presentation. Use good judgement here, and don’t make it too complicated. Practice the presentation and see if it is 20 minutes.
