Using the Journal function in our course, complete journal entries for the articles you have read for Weeks 5 and 6. Identify the management and ethical implications of these articles to you and your organization. Required content is to articulate how culture, society and diversity shape you and your organization in a global society.
• Be specific in your content to describe the right ethical action to take, the cost of ethical wrongdoing (such as a monetary fine, compliance training, employee turnover, etc.), and the benefits of ethical behavior (such as attracting customers, retaining employees, etc.) What have you learned?
• Describe a similar ethical issue from a scenario in your organization as discussed in the articles. What appropriate practices from the article will you use? What will be the anticipated impact of your recommended practices?
• Length is at least: 500 words. Review and follow the rubric on page 20 of this syllabus.
