Many films are fictional, so be open-minded. The movie Wild Wild West focused on railroads but also focused on robotic technology that was not available in the 19th century. Even though that technology didn’t exist at that time, it does now and impacts us today. It played a major role in the plot of the film, despite its existence in the 19th century being fictional. Despite this historical inaccuracy, you can reflect on both technologies in your essay.
