Decreasing flu Vaccine Hesitancy and increasing its uptake in African-American Adults

Knowledge-based and community-based dialogues are essential to increase knowledge of the benefits of the influenza vaccine among African American adults (Knowledge-based: Healthcare Providers Education and Healthcare Providers Recommendation)

A team of healthcare providers, including the medical director, two APRNs (the writer and mentor), RN Director of Nursing and two LPNs; also, a community leader, a social worker, and a pastor, will dialogue with the participants weekly. The intervention should incorporates the health belief model.
