For the last four years the company Growing Places has benefited from the entrepreneurial vision and operational savvy of the CEO Rob Miranda. However, it has also suffered from the CEO’s tendency for verbal gaffes that are starting to generate bad media coverage and drops in the company’s stock price. The company’s founder and chair – Even Breyer – has some decisions to make. Drawing on information from the case study you will write an essay of no more than 2,500 words.
