You are required to write a 1500-word essay (excluding 15 references) on a common workforce problem in healthcare organisations and effective leadership approaches to address the issue.
You need to provide a clear argument as to why you have selected the issue and its impact on the workplace and staff engagement. In your response, please consider the following:
