Description

Assignment 7.1 Data Analytics Final Project use the provided outline in order to complete the assigment. I will add instructors notes on the outline. Reports or academic-style essays should by 7-8 pages in length, double-spaced, using standard fonts and margins.

The goal of this project is to apply data analytics and critical thinking skills to a real-world crime problem, public safety policy, or resource allocation decision. You will identify a topic of your choice that achieves these objectives. Topic choices that are likely to have real-world practical value for your agency are encouraged, but not required. Quality projects will demonstrate the ability to leverage numerical data and related evidence into sound arguments for resources, to analyze the effectiveness of an existing policy, or propose new strategies and approaches.
