THIS IS THE PROFESSOR INSTRUCTIONS:
Each student has been assigned a company (including ticker symbol). You will give a 5 minute presentation as to whether you recommend we as a class should either buy or sell the stock of your assigned company. Your 5 minute presentation should be accompanied by a powerpoint slide deck of 5 to 8 slides. Slides should only serve as support for your presentation.
Each student will use the Security and Exchange Commission’s EDGAR platform (Links to an external site.) to search for and then analyze the companies latest financial report (10-K) using the ticker symbol. Each student can also use any other source they see fit.
