Summary

Job description
These roles will be challenging and stimulating, working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to deliver a high quality, timely service to ministers, senior officials, parliament and the public by:
• Providing a high-quality service by prioritising appropriately and by effectively communicating policy
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with the Senior Leadership of NHS Test and Trace to collectively drive forward work, understand risks and help operationally deliver
• Building an understanding of the policy and operational areas within your remit, and building and maintaining strong working relationships with the teams working on these issues, helping them to respond to briefing request to required timescales and standards
• Supporting policy teams by drafting and supporting the drafting of timely responses to parliamentary business Regularly review with the team what worked well and what didn’t, ensuring best practices are embedded in our work
• Support the development of regular training plans for the Hub; coaching and supporting the unit to maximise performance and quality.
• Corporate activities that contribute towards building and maintaining a supportive, motivated and resilient team culture
