An emotion that I recently felt was relieved, in awe, free, courageous, shock, and patient as I left for a week to visit the Grand Canyon. It allowed me to remove myself from the stressors of work and school and appreciate the gifts that the natural wonders of the world have to offer. Time slows down from our usual fast-paced lives remembering to appreciate the bigger picture.
