EPI Assignment 4 (due in module 8)—classroom visit / observation reflection

Complete a classroom observation reflection using the following guidelines: Actual observation should be NO less than 45 minutes and must be from bell to bell (secondary) or from beginning to end of lesson or block (elementary). The observation must also include a pre-meeting with the teacher to discuss what is being taught and why AND a post observation meeting when the candidate talks with the teacher about what s/he observed. A copy of the lesson plan should also be included.

Reflection must address thoughtful answers to the following questions (FEAPs a.2.e):

What evidence can you find that supports the instructional shifts or math practices? If there was none, what changes can be made to strengthen that support?
