Description
BBC has recently reported that due to Brexit and Covid-19 pandemic the UK could face a supply shortage of turkeys to go round this Christmas. There have been similar reports on the UK supply chain problems too, for instance the partial closure of the restaurant chain Nando’s and a fewer dishes on the menu at KFC.
Your Task:
To find and review some of the available and relevant literature on this topic, and write an essay of approximately 750 words (+/-10%) to explore further the supply chain problems that the UK is currently facing.
