Sports on Trial Analysis
After watching the trial the student will write an Analysis paper:
Analyze whether each of the elements of negligence are present for each of the defendants from the evidence presented in the trial.
Give a verdict for each defendant
Provide recommendations for Anywhere High School and its athletic department policies and procedures to reduce likelihood of future incidents.
Papers should be 3-5 pages long. Use Times New Roman, 12 point font, double-spaced with 1 inch margins. Your name should be in a header for the paper (LAST NAME, FIRST NAME: SM540)
