Prepare for this discussion: What does the ACM code of ethics say about how a computer science professional should conduct himself about the work he does for a company, versus, what does it say about how a computer business should treat it’s employees?

Situation: A start up company had to hire a CS specialist with the understanding that the good salary paid would make up for the need for long hours (more than 40 hours a week). Salary implies no overtime for more than 40 hours. After 6 months, the newly hired employee is tired of the arrangement and starts thinking that the arrangement is unethical.

Discuss both sides tying in the ACM code of ethics. Remember, without this tie in, no points will be given. Give references to any other points you make.
