Write a paper in APA format entitled “The Ideal Workplace.” Based on information from this course through Week 6, consider what practices in the workplace would likely lead to a more positive work environment. Choose to take the angle of the employee, employer, or potential employee and identify which in your introductory paragraph.
Demonstrate an understanding of the correlation between motivation, productivity, and job satisfaction as you discuss your chosen components of the ideal workplace.
This is not just an opinion paper on your ideal workplace or things you don’t like about your workplace. Incorporate and cite (provide support for) concepts from multiple chapters (4 or more) covered in the course through Week 6. Underline each major topic as it is introduced and list the chapter it comes from.
