You will need to establish your own business/ or identify a current by the first day of class. To include, what type of business? Non-profit, for-profit, etc… What will your company specialize in? What services and or products do you provide? How many employees do you currently have? After reading chapters 1 & 2, you should be able to determine what systems operate within your organization.
Lastly, make sure you have the name of the Operations Manager and Human Resources Manager, to name a few. (Fictitious). We will spend the first day working out details of your business, answering any questions or concerns that may present themselves in establishing your company’s hierarchy.
