Each student should submit their own reflection on their experience. Reflections should address the following:
How did you feel conducting the interview session?
What do you think your strengths were?
What area(s) did you struggle with?
Summarize the feedback you received from your partner and compare that to your own self-assessment. Were the strengths and areas in need of improvement similar?
How did you feel conducting this interview session compared to the one you completed in the first week of class? How does this interview compare to your work in the first role-play activity?
