After viewing the videos, you will be making 5 contour line drawings. follow the order and specific technique of each drawing below. Spend at least 5 minutes on each drawing.The subject of the drawing is a self-portrait, so you need to be able to look at yourself in a mirror.
Drawing 1: Do a continuous, contour line drawing of yourself.
Drawing 2: Do a blind contour line drawing of yourself. Use the continuous line for this drawing, but you can’t look at your paper.
Drawing 3: Repeat instructions for Drawing 2, so you are making another blind contour drawing. This time slow down even more.
Drawing 4: Repeat Drawing 1 instructions.
Drawing 5: Do a straightforward contour line drawing of yourself. You can choose to pick up your pencil, but you don’t have to, and you can erase.
