This assignment is a build on assignment. The class is called Capstone in which a quantitative research study has to be done. The professor has broken the assignments down into different sections so that the paper is considered a “build up to” paper. The first assignment was the “Idea Topic” assignment which is attached. The next assignment was the library sources were the student had to breakdown the sources and how they apply to the research proposal.

The overall proposal/research is about mindfulness meditation and how it impacts stress levels in young adults. Based on the articles that have been found, the paper will discuss the benefits of mindfulness meditation in young adults such as calming apps and how it impacts stress levels. The current study should focus on examining stress levels in young adults based on using a calming/meditation app.
