Prior to beginning this discussion review the materials for this week, the weekly lecture, and locate two additional scholarly and/or credible sources for information on affirmative action plans within the University of Arizona Global Campus Library.
We have learned about the value of having a clear affirmative action plan within an organization that addresses discrimination. A comprehensive plan for affirmative action is necessary to avoid workplace and employment discrimination.
Draft a sample affirmative action plan. Assess the basic elements of your affirmative action plan and why each is important.
Support your statements with scholarly and/or credible sources.
