The potential project and two design solutions should be related to Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in Cape York.
The CAT Hotspot could be one design solution. Another one could be the satellite decoder. (There needs to be two design solutions). This will be in response to the Engineers Without Borders Challenge design area of ICT (Design Area 2) for the communities in Cape York.
